All Training Programs

This program has been specifically designed to equip prospective nannies to be childcare providers that are to serve as a strong support to parents and guardians as they nurture their children. Women are groomed into professionals that are dependable, reliable and understand the developmental needs of children.

Through this program, the following types of nannies are made available:

1. Live-In Nanny

2. Live-Out Nanny,

3. Night Nanny

4. Short/Temporal Nanny

5. Emergency Nanny.

With understanding and appreciation that maids have been the labour force supporting families in the care of children in Zambia, this Program gives an opportunity for working maids who are taking care of children, other than being engaged in domestic work, to transition to become Nannies. In cases where it’s the employer’s choice for the maid to be trained, flexible training plans are developed that enable the maid to continue to serve the employer whist undergoing training. 

This program provides psycho and health education to parents and guardians. It imparts sound knowledge that enables parents and guardians to be purposeful and intentional in the way they nurture their children. It also gives confidence to parents as they raise up their children.

Unlike the other Training Programs, Parents and guardians get to choose their course modules of interest. Each module is delivered over weekends over a one-month period in a relaxed, informal environment.

This program has been tailored for all other childcare providers, other than nannies. This includes, but is not limited to, Preschool teachers, Sunday school teachers, Daycare centre providers etc.

Almost equal to the Nanny Training Program, the Program enables childcare providers understand and appreciate the developmental needs of children so that they can provide quality child care
